Our program is led by Certified Family Law Specialist and AFCC Indiana Treasurer, Attorney Jill Swope, and Mediator and President of the Indiana Association of Mediators, Matthew Carroll. Jill and Matt will guide you through the mediation process, skills, Indiana's ADR Rules and Law, ethical considerations, and much more.

Do You Qualify for This 40 Hour Mediation Training?

To ensure you qualify for this training program, the State of Indiana requires that in domestic relations cases, a registered mediator must be either: (a) an attorney, in good standing with the Supreme Court of Indiana; (b) a person who has a bachelor's degree or advanced degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or (c) a person who has a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree from an international institution and provides a degree evaluation from a service recognized by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) showing the program is equivalent to a degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
